Back Orders
Products listed as available on backorder will be shipped immediately once stock becomes available.
Items on backorder are clearly marked on the product page.
We prioritise pre-sales and back orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
Cancellations
Cancellations due to change of mind or changing circumstances are not offered once an order is placed.
Sewell Instruments Pty Ltd warrants that Safer Baby products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Warranty claims require:
Proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation email)
Photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue
Written communication via email only (phone calls cannot be accepted for warranty discussions to ensure a complete paper trail)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Misuse
Moisture exposure
Improper cleaning
Damage from microwaves or heating devices (please do not heat the Safer Baby)
This warranty grants you specific legal rights. Additional rights may apply depending on your location.
